Using this model, CPI Consulting Associates will depute a project team along with Project Management Personnel (in case of execution is with CPI Consulting Associates). Client can pay by the month depending on size & composition of the team. Most of onsite services (unless it is part of fixed price project) are delivered using this pricing model. CPI Consulting Associates can bid for partial phases on fixed price & remaining phases on T & M bases in case situation demands.
Milestone Based Pricing Model:
For the clients who are concerned about progress in remote projects, milestone based payment schedule reinforce the progress monitoring. It helps justify payment based on achievable milestones & visible progress reduces risks.
Retainer Pricing Model:
Designed to meet the needs of those clients those who have daily or weekly development needs. This model ensures that dedicated team works as an extension of client’s staff in our development centre. Theses resources are trained with operational life cycle of the client on day-to-day activities & act as right arm for technology requirement or extension to existing IT Department. The benefits of this model are extensive scalabilities & cost/time efficiencies.
Project Resourcing Model:
Many of the organisations implementing SAP products prefer to manage the project in-house with their own resources, rather than depending on system integrators or consulting companies. We work with these organisations to fulfil their short-term resource needs for the project by providing SAP technical/functional consultants, after certifying them through our internal selection process, which includes a technical interview at our end, validation of their experiences/knowledge, conducting Professional reference checks etc. We deliver resources fit for the role, those who have done similar work before and are able to pass through our internal selection/technical-interview process.
