NetWeaver Technology Expert(NWTE)
Responsibility:
- As a NetWeaver Technical advisor, you will work with client as trusted advisor using technology to streamline and improve business processes by applying conceptual knowledge of business processes and technology to solve complex business processes and procedural problems, leading complex projects of a cross-functional nature, identifying and assessing new technology and concepts that can add value to the business
- You would look into the technical upgrade / installation of various NetWeaver components viz. Enterprise portal, XI, Web Dynpro etc. Should be conversant with system sizing, system configuration over a mix of databases and Operational Systems
Requirement:
- Full lifecycle project experience gained at least in part in project leadership positions
- An understanding of all the pitfalls from all aspects of delivery from project initiation through to support and how to avoid them is required from every aspect of the implementation to ensure a successful implementation and ongoing administration and update of the NetWeaver initiative
- Skills, personality, credibility and background of the person to represent the organization at the most senior levels with other stakeholders including delivery partners through the initiation and delivery phases of the project is required. This means the person will have several years of experience gained within a consultancy environment operating at partner or below levels
- Must have experience with SAP NetWeaver , Middleware
- Must have experience with process modeling and EA tools
- Must have familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Concepts, SOA and BPM
- Must have experience of system performance concepts, performance testing
- Good communication skills, both written and oral and the ability to work within a team environment

- Strong Leadership / Team-building qualities and ability to handle functional problems
- Strong Web / Portal / DBMS background
- Able to manage multiple tasks successfully and ability to understand and follow project processes
Enterprise Portal(Enterprise Portal)
Responsibility:
- As the Enterprise Portal developer you will be playing the crucial role of providing a single channel for the various SAP and Non SAP web applications being maintained by the customer within its landscape
- This job will entail building and managing the portal environment, facilitating design sessions, building and managing portal content; helping the development team understand portal design, configure portal security and integrate content within the portal
Requirement:
- You should be conversant with Portal developments, i-views etc. Prior experience in multiple web development languages would be a welcome asset
- 2+ Full life-cycle project implementation
- Experience as a team lead on complex engagements
- Strong communication and client facing skills
SQL(SQL)
Custom development in our SQL development in scripting, SQL logic etc…
Requirement:
- 5 years of total experience

Web Dynpro developer(Web Dynpro)
Responsibility:
As a Web Dynpro Developer, you will analyze, design, build, test, and implement SAP Web Dynpro applications and enhancements. You will assist in design and code reviews and assist in system integration and debugging activities
Requirement:
- 2 years experience Java/J2EE, Object Oriented Design and Implementation
- SAP Web Dynpro
- SAP Web Application Server (SAP Web AS)
- SAP Enterprise Portal (SAP EP)
- SAP Interactive Forms based on Adobe software
- Proven knowledge of formal design and modeling methodology
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
SAP XI developer(SAP XI)
Responsibility:
- The role requires resolving of multiple systems integration issues.
- Develop custom SAP functionality
Requirement:
- Should be conversant with setting up the integration layer across the system landscape using the SAP XI’s capabilities to handle various protocols
- A prior experience in JAVA, XML would be an added advantage
- Full cycle XI development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of following components are essential:
System Landscape Directory, Integration Repository, Integration Directory, Runtime Workbench, Integration Builder, Mapping (Graphical using standard and user functions, ABAP or XSLT or Java), - Adapters: File Adapter, JDBC, Plain HTTP, IDoc, RFC, SOAP, Proxies and their programming.
ABAP(BW DEVELOPER)
Responsibility:
As a technical consultant, you should be comfortable to work in a business environment, conversant with Web based technologies (Java, C,), be able to review custom code for interfaces, reports, create design documents and technical specifications and test scripts
Requirement:
- SAP programming with ABAP /4 development skills (IDOC, ALE, BDC, BAPI, SQL)
- SAP Development Workbench, Data Dictionary, ABAP User exits, BAPI and IDOC
- BDC call transactions and Dialog Programming
- Knowledge of SE80 module critical
- Experience with a customized SAP instance essential
- Leadership, communication and analysis
- Design, development and problem solving
- Written/verbal communication
- Extensive experience in all facets of ETL, data staging, custom extractors and enhancements is essential
